This Chardonnay was aged for 6 months in neutral French oak barrels. Sur lie aging with monthly Bâtonnage being mindful to keeping the wine fresh. (the French term for stirring settled lees back into wine).
Aromas of Gold Delicious apples, Meyer Lemon zest, and pineapple with hints of vanilla, crème Brule, brioche, and honey. Flavors range from peach to starfruit, and sweet cream butter, with a rich mid- palate texture and a bright finish of grapefruit and green apple.
